Questions

Is it the complete text?

Yes. Every book has every chapter and verse. Choose the text at purchase: the King James Version (the standard 1769 text) or the World English Bible, a modern English translation in the public domain. The one volume has all 27 books.

Are the words of Jesus in red?

Yes, in both versions, in the eBooks and the hardcovers. The narration around them stays black. How the red is decided, and the few verses where the two translations differ, are explained in why Jesus’ words are printed in red.

What do I receive with an eBook?

A designed PDF, laid out page for page like the book at 6 × 9 in, and a reflowable ePub for phones and e-readers with the printed page numbers. The download links arrive by email and on your order page as soon as the payment is confirmed, with a numbered invoice.

I’m new to the Bible. Where do I begin?

With a Gospel: John is the usual first book, Mark the shortest. Our guide for new believers, Which Bible should I buy as a new Christian?, compares the main translations honestly and explains where a New Testament fits, and how to start reading the Bible has a 30-day plan that begins with John.

Which Gospel should I start with?

Mark is the shortest and the quickest to read, Matthew gathers the teaching of Jesus, Luke gives the fullest story and continues in Acts, and John tells who Jesus says he is. Our guide how the four Gospels differ compares them.

Why are some letters printed together?

A book needs enough pages to bind and to read well, so the letters come in three volumes, as eBooks and as hardcovers: Romans and Corinthians; Galatians to Philemon; and Hebrews to Jude. Inside, each letter opens with its own cover and its own title page.

Where do the hardcovers ship?

To the countries where Lulu offers an economy service. Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address, and economy shipping is free when your bag comes to $80 or more. The checkout shows only the countries we can deliver to, and the delivery estimate follows by email after purchase.

What about withdrawal and refunds?

For an eBook, the download starts straight after payment; your statutory withdrawal rights remain available, and completing checkout alone does not waive them. For a hardcover, you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw. Read the policy.
