These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on premiumblackbible.com. Premium Black Bible is a trading name of Hansen Venture Studio, owned by Kenneth Christoffer Hansen. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
We sell to consumers by distance selling (online) in accordance with Danish law, including the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, the E-Commerce Act, and the Marketing Practices Act. your statutory consumer rights under Danish law apply to your purchases.

We sell the following product categories:
Product descriptions, images, and prices on the website are indicative. Material deviations give you a right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
Prices are displayed on the website in USD. Displayed consumer prices are the total price, including applicable VAT. The final amount payable to us is shown in Stripe before payment. Import taxes or customs charges imposed by your destination country may be collected separately by the carrier or authorities.
All prices are stated transparently without hidden fees. Where an item is on sale, any prior price and price reduction is clearly indicated, in accordance with the Marketing Practices Act requirements on transparency in price information (implementation of the Omnibus Directive).
Payment is made by credit/debit card through Stripe. We do not receive your full card details. Transactions are encrypted.
If payment is missing or delayed, we may reject the order. No interest or fees are charged beyond what is permitted by law.
When you complete checkout in Stripe, you submit a binding offer. An order confirmation is sent to your email once payment has been completed. The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation.
We reserve the right to reject orders in cases of obvious errors in price or product information, fraud, or technical errors.
Digital products: Delivered via secure download links by email after payment confirmation.
Physical books: Printed on demand via Lulu or Bookvault according to the edition. Free economy shipping is included for destinations served by the selected printer. Stripe collects the delivery address, which may differ from your billing address. After payment, we confirm that the printer offers an economy route for the full address before sending the order to production. If no route is available, the order is held and we contact you to agree a resolution; it is not sent to a different service without your agreement. We email the estimated delivery window after the printer confirms it. Dates are estimates; production, customs, and carrier delays may take longer.
Apparel: Available clothing is fulfilled through Printify. Select the size and color before checkout. Free economy shipping is included where the selected product and Printify provider serve the destination. Apparel may ship separately from books.
We send package tracking in a separate email when the carrier makes it available. Import duties, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the destination country may be collected separately by the carrier or authorities.
Page cutting and trimming vary between copies of the physical Black Bible. Some black pages may show a thin white edge at the top, bottom, or outer edge. See the real production example on the product page. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.
Under Danish law (Consumer Contracts Act, Section 8), we provide the following information before the contract is formed, including:
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales under Danish law (Consumer Contracts Act, Chapter 4). From 19 June 2026, you may also exercise the right of withdrawal via our digital withdrawal function at Withdraw Order, labelled «Withdraw Order» with confirmation button «Confirm Withdrawal». You will receive immediate receipt by email.
Digital products: The right of withdrawal lapses once you have expressly consented to delivery beginning and acknowledged that the right thereby ceases.
Physical products: Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal. You bear return shipping costs unless otherwise stated — see our Refund Policy.
The standard EU withdrawal form is available in the European Commission's guidance and may be used but is not mandatory.
You have a 24-month complaint period for defects in physical goods under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. We will remedy, replace, or refund in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act.
Scripture text. The World English Bible (WEB) translation used in our physical New Testament editions is in the public domain. You may quote, copy, share and use its text commercially, including on clothing and other products you sell. We do not claim copyright in the WEB text, and our terms do not restrict those uses. See the official WEB reuse statement. The World English Bible name is a trademark of eBible.org; altered text should not be represented as the unchanged World English Bible.
Our original content. Our branding, logos, original artwork, photographs and other original design elements are separate from the Scripture text. Where protected by intellectual-property rights, their reproduction or commercial use requires permission from the relevant rights holder, unless permitted by law. Using public-domain WEB verses in your own design does not, by itself, infringe our rights.
Digital editions and other translations. Any personal-use restriction on our digital products applies only to protected original material we supply, not to underlying public-domain Scripture. Rights differ between translations and countries; do not assume that every Bible translation has the WEB's reuse terms. In particular, publication of the King James Version is subject to Crown rights in the United Kingdom. Check the relevant translation's rights before reuse.

Access to a complaints body depends on its jurisdiction and eligibility rules. Your mandatory consumer remedies are unaffected.
We comply with the Marketing Practices Act requirements on honest and clear marketing. We do not use misleading «dark patterns», false urgency, or hidden fees. Product reviews, where shown, reflect genuine customer experiences.
We are liable for direct loss caused by our intentional acts or gross negligence. For consumer purchases, mandatory rights under Danish law apply and cannot be waived.
Contracts are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be decided by the Danish courts, subject to mandatory consumer rules in your home country if you are resident in the EU/EEA.
