3. Products & Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in USD and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Our products include:

• Digital Products: e-Book editions of the Bible (ePub format)
• Physical Products: Apparel featuring Bible verse designs

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation email, which constitutes our acceptance of your order.

We accept payment via credit/debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

5. Delivery

Digital Products: e-Books are delivered instantly via email after payment confirmation. You will receive a download link to access your purchase.

Physical Products: Apparel is printed on demand and shipped via Printful. Estimated delivery times:

• Production: 2-5 business days
• Shipping: 5-12 business days (varies by location)

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Fortrydelsesret)

Under Danish and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

Digital Products: By purchasing and downloading digital content, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download has commenced, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Physical Products: To exercise your right of withdrawal for physical products:

• Contact us at contact@premiumblackbible.com within 14 days of receiving your order
• Return the item in its original condition, unworn and unwashed
• You are responsible for return shipping costs
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item

7. Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Premium Black Bible or its licensors. The Bible text itself (World English Bible and King James Version) is in the public domain.

Digital products are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Black Bible shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

10. Governing Law

This is governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Danish courts.
