These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Premium Black Bible website and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

All prices displayed on our website are in USD and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send you an order confirmation email, which constitutes our acceptance of your order.
We accept payment via credit/debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Digital Products: e-Books are delivered instantly via email after payment confirmation. You will receive a download link to access your purchase.
Physical Black Bible: The Black Bible is printed on demand and fulfilled through Lulu. The shipping address entered in Stripe is used for fulfillment after payment confirmation. Production and shipping times vary by destination. The physical Black Bible currently does not ship to Canada, and Canadian shipping addresses are not accepted for this product at checkout.
Apparel: Apparel is printed on demand and shipped via Printful. Estimated delivery times:
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Because the physical Black Bible uses deep black pages and print-on-demand production, minor printing, trimming, or cutting variation may occur. Such small production tolerances are part of the product unless they materially prevent normal use.
Under Danish and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
Digital Products: By purchasing and downloading digital content, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right of withdrawal once the download has commenced, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Premium Black Bible or its licensors. The Bible text itself (World English Bible and King James Version) is in the public domain.
Digital products are for personal use only and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Premium Black Bible shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
This is governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Danish courts.
