These terms and conditions apply to purchases made on premiumblackbible.com. Premium Black Bible is the trading name of Thomas Hansen. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Withdrawal Policy.
We sell to consumers by distance selling (online) in accordance with Danish law, including the Danish Consumer Contracts Act, the E-Commerce Act, and the Marketing Practices Act. Sales are offered by a private individual pending any business registration; your statutory consumer rights under Danish law apply to your purchases.

Sales are operated by Thomas Hansen as a private individual in an establishment phase. No CVR number (Danish business registration number) has been assigned yet. CVR registration with the Danish Business Authority will be completed when business activity and turnover require it under applicable Danish law (including VAT and registration obligations). We sell the following product categories:
Product descriptions, images, and prices on the website are indicative. Material deviations give you a right to complain under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
Prices are displayed on the website in USD. The final amount including any taxes and fees is shown in Stripe at checkout before you confirm payment.
All prices are stated transparently without hidden fees. Where an item is on sale, any prior price and price reduction is clearly indicated, in accordance with the Marketing Practices Act requirements on transparency in price information (implementation of the Omnibus Directive).
Payment is made by credit/debit card through Stripe. We do not receive your full card details. Transactions are encrypted.
If payment is missing or delayed, we may reject the order. No interest or fees are charged beyond what is permitted by law.
When you complete checkout in Stripe, you submit a binding offer. An order confirmation is sent to your email once payment has been completed. The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation.
We reserve the right to reject orders in cases of obvious errors in price or product information, fraud, or technical errors.
Digital products: Delivered via secure download links by email after payment confirmation.
Physical Black Bible: Printed on demand. The shipping address from Stripe is used for Lulu fulfillment. Production and delivery times vary by destination. Canada is not available for this item.
Apparel: Print-on-demand via Printful. Typical production 2–5 business days and delivery 5–12 business days depending on destination.
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when the package has been dispatched.
The physical Black Bible may show minor edge variation due to black edge art and print-on-demand production, as described on the product page.
Under Danish law (Consumer Contracts Act, Section 8), we provide the following information before the contract is formed, including:
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales under Danish law (Consumer Contracts Act, Chapter 4). From 19 June 2026, you may also exercise the right of withdrawal via our digital withdrawal function at Withdraw Order, labelled «Withdraw Order» with confirmation button «Confirm Withdrawal». You will receive immediate receipt by email.
Digital products: The right of withdrawal lapses once you have expressly consented to delivery beginning and acknowledged that the right thereby ceases.
Physical products: Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal. You bear return shipping costs unless otherwise stated — see our Refund Policy.
The standard EU withdrawal form is available in the European Commission's guidance and may be used but is not mandatory.
You have a 24-month complaint period for defects in physical goods under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Complain within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. We will remedy, replace, or refund in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act.
All content on the website belongs to Premium Black Bible or its licensors. Bible texts (WEB, KJV) are publicly available. Digital products are for personal use and may not be redistributed or resold.

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, but we will consider it on a case-by-case basis.
We comply with the Marketing Practices Act requirements on honest and clear marketing. We do not use misleading «dark patterns», false urgency, or hidden fees. Product reviews, where shown, reflect genuine customer experiences.
We are liable for direct loss caused by our intentional acts or gross negligence. For consumer purchases, mandatory rights under Danish law apply and cannot be waived.
Contracts are governed by Danish law. Any disputes shall be decided by the Danish courts, subject to mandatory consumer rules in your home country if you are resident in the EU/EEA.
We may update these terms and conditions. Changes are published on this page. The applicable version is the one in effect at the time of purchase.
