As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales (online purchases) under Danish law, counted from the day you receive the goods, or for digital services from the date the contract is formed — subject to the exceptions set out below.
You may exercise the right of withdrawal in the following ways:

If we have not provided you with the mandatory withdrawal information, the period may be extended by up to 12 months and 14 days from delivery under Danish law (Consumer Contracts Act, Section 19).
Digital products are delivered via secure download links after payment confirmation. When purchasing digital content, you must — before delivery begins — expressly consent to download/delivery starting immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal under Danish law (Consumer Contracts Act, Section 18(2)(13)).

The physical Black Bible is printed on demand via Lulu using the shipping address you provide in Stripe at checkout. Please verify the address carefully before payment.
The physical Black Bible is not shipped to Canada; Canadian shipping addresses are not accepted at checkout.
You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt, provided the goods are returned in substantially the same condition. You may examine the goods in the same way as in a physical store. If you have used the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value under Danish law (Consumer Contracts Act, Section 23).
Because this edition has deep black pages and print-on-demand production, minor printing, trimming, or cutting variation may occur. Such normal production tolerances are not considered defects unless they significantly impede normal use.
If the goods are damaged, defective, or materially deviate from the product description, contact us within 14 days of delivery with order details and photos.
Apparel is printed on demand via Printful. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unused items returned in original condition. Items that have been washed, worn, or personalised cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items must be reported within 14 days of delivery with photos.
Upon withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
Return costs: You bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we have stated that we will pay for the return, or we have failed to inform you that you must pay for the return (in the latter case we bear the cost) under Danish law (Consumer Contracts Act, Section 21).
The return address is provided upon approved withdrawal. Contact us before returning at contact@premiumblackbible.com.
Upon valid withdrawal, we refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not extra costs for a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal declaration.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have documented that the goods have been sent.
Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, reshipment may require payment for new production and shipping.
