Refund Policy

1. Digital Bible editions

Digital products are delivered by secure download links after payment confirmation. Once a download has started, refunds are generally not available because digital content has been supplied.

If you cannot access your files, contact us at contact@premiumblackbible.com and we will help restore access or resend links where possible.

2. Physical Black Bible

The physical Black Bible is printed to order through Lulu using the shipping address entered in Stripe. Please review your address carefully before completing payment.

Because this edition uses deep black pages and print-on-demand production, minor printing, trimming, or cutting variation may occur. These small production tolerances are not treated as defects unless they materially prevent normal use of the book.

If your copy arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the product description, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.

3. Apparel

Apparel is printed on demand. Returns for wrong size, buyer's remorse, or address mistakes may be limited. Damaged, defective, or misprinted items should be reported within 14 days of delivery with photos.

4. Address errors and failed delivery

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered because the address was incorrect or incomplete, replacement or reshipment may require an additional production and shipping charge.

5. Approved refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5-10 business days to show the refund after it is processed.

6. Contact

For refund or return questions, email contact@premiumblackbible.com with your order number, email used at checkout, and clear photos if the issue concerns a physical product.
