As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales (online purchases) under Danish law, counted from the day you receive the goods, or for digital services from the date the contract is formed — subject to the exceptions set out below.
You may exercise the right of withdrawal in the following ways:
When you use the digital withdrawal function, you will receive immediate receipt by email with the content and time of the withdrawal.

If we have not provided you with the mandatory withdrawal information, the period may be extended by up to 12 months and 14 days from delivery under Danish law (Consumer Contracts Act, Section 19).
Digital products are delivered via secure download links after payment confirmation. When purchasing digital content, you must — before delivery begins — expressly consent to download/delivery starting immediately and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal under Danish law (Consumer Contracts Act, Section 18(2)(13)).
Completing checkout or accepting general terms alone does not waive the right of withdrawal. Unless separate express consent and acknowledgement have been obtained and confirmed on a durable medium, your statutory withdrawal right remains available, including after delivery begins.

The Black Edition, White Edition and Genesis books are printed on demand via Lulu or Bookvault according to the edition using the shipping address you provide in Stripe at checkout. Please verify the address carefully before payment.
Free economy shipping is included for destinations served by the selected printer. Stripe collects your delivery address, which may differ from your billing address. After payment, we confirm an economy route for the complete address before sending the book to production. If no route is available, the order is held and we contact you to agree a resolution; we will not switch it to a different service without your agreement. We email the estimated delivery window when the printer confirms it. Dates are estimates, and production, customs, or carrier delays may take longer. Tracking is sent separately when the carrier provides it.
You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt. Printing a standard design after ordering does not make it a personalised product or remove this right. You may examine the goods in the same way as in a physical store. If you have used the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value under Danish law (Consumer Contracts Act, Section 23).
Because this edition has deep black pages and print-on-demand production, minor printing, trimming, or cutting variation may occur. Page cutting varies between copies and may leave a thin white edge at the top, bottom, or outer edge of some black pages. This notice does not limit your statutory rights if the book is defective or does not match its description.
Danish consumer purchases have a two-year statutory right to complain about defects. Notify us within a reasonable time after discovering a defect; notice within two months is always timely. Order details and photos can help us resolve the issue, but a 14-day reporting deadline does not limit your statutory rights.
Available clothing is printed to order through Printify. Sizes, colors and current prices are shown on the product page. For standard clothing designs, printing after an order does not itself exclude withdrawal rights. Handling beyond what is necessary to examine an item may result in a deduction for diminished value, rather than automatic loss of the right to withdraw.
Free economy shipping is included where the selected clothing product and Printify provider serve the destination. Clothing can ship separately from books; delivery estimates and tracking are emailed when the provider or carrier makes them available. If the provider cannot confirm an economy route after payment, the order is held and we contact you before production.
Statutory rights concerning defective or misdescribed products are not restricted by supplier reporting deadlines.
We also accept exchanges requested within 14 days of receipt, subject to the same product-condition and return-cost terms stated in this policy.

Upon withdrawal, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
Return costs: You bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we have stated that we will pay for the return, or we have failed to inform you that you must pay for the return (in the latter case we bear the cost) under Danish law (Consumer Contracts Act, Section 21).

Upon valid withdrawal, we refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not extra costs for a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal declaration.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have documented that the goods have been sent.
Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, reshipment may require payment for new production and shipping.
