About

Premium Black Bible is a small independent publisher based in Aarhus, Denmark. The shop is run by Hansen Venture Studio / Kenneth Christoffer Hansen (CVR 43933485). We design the books, write the guides on this site and answer every email ourselves.

What we make

• The Black Edition: the New Testament with white text on deep black pages and Jesus’ words in red. All 27 books, World English Bible, A5 matte, 432 pages. Softcover $79, hardcover $99.
• The White Edition: the same New Testament text with black type on white pages.
• Genesis: an illustrated family retelling of Genesis for ages 8–12. It is a retelling, not a Bible translation.
• The eBook and clothing printed with Scripture verses.

Why the World English Bible

Our New Testaments use the World English Bible (WEB), a modern English translation in the public domain. You can compare it with the King James Version in What Is the World English Bible?

How the books are made

Each book is printed on demand for your order by our print partners, Lulu or Bookvault, and shipped by economy post at no extra charge where the printer serves your address. Because the Black Edition prints solid black pages, trimming can leave a thin white edge on some pages. You can see the actual pages in the printed sample before you order.

If something is wrong

You can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, and printing defects are covered by the two-year statutory complaint right. The details are in our refund and withdrawal policy.
