The binding changes how the book is made, not which Scripture it contains. Our hardcover and softcover editions contain the same English World English Bible New Testament, from Matthew to Revelation.
What stays the same?
Both formats contain 27 books and 260 chapters, set across 432 A5 pages. You choose Black or White for the page color, then hardcover or softcover for the binding. Jesus’ words are red in both page-color editions.
Hardcover: a rigid cover
The $99 USD hardcover uses a casewrap binding with a matte finish. Its rigid cover suits readers who prefer a more substantial book on a desk or shelf. The website’s cover visualizations depict this format. They are not photographs of the individual copy you will receive.
Paperback: a flexible cover
The $79 USD softcover uses a perfect-bound, flexible cover with a matte finish. Choose it if you prefer a flexible cover or want the lower product price. Do not assume it has a different translation or fewer pages simply because it costs less.

The product-price difference is $20 USD. Shipping is charged separately and depends on the destination and available service. Calculate shipping for the format you intend to order before deciding which has the better total price for you.
Which should you choose?
Choose hardcover if a rigid cover is important to you. Choose softcover if you prefer a flexible binding and lower purchase price. Read the interior sample first: the page contrast and text layout will matter every time you open the book.
Choose your format on the Black Edition or White Edition page. Neither format contains the Old Testament.
